Emilys Winter Garden Bake House was born out of the need to be gluten-free and the desire to eat delicious things. That's why we're making all the things we love, but without the gluten in a dedicated Celiac-safe home kitchen.
Our Story
At Emily's Winter Garden Bake House, we’re lifelong bakers, brewers, and creators with a passion for crafting food that brings people together. In the summer of 2023, life threw us a curveball when Em was diagnosed with celiac disease. After an initial period of mourning the foods we once loved, we embarked on a bold journey to rediscover the joy of baking—gluten-free.
Our bake house was born from this challenge. When the garden outside lies dormant, our kitchen becomes a creative haven. We experiment with unique flours, innovative recipes, and exciting flavors, transforming gluten-free baking into an art form.
Now, we’re sharing our favorites with the community—food that not only tastes amazing but is inclusive for everyone. Whether you’re gluten-free by necessity or by choice, our mission is to bring joy through the love of baking and sharing.

We've been lucky enough to have all sorts of amazing goodies from Emily's Winter Garden - all kinds of cookies, gooey cinnamon rolls, and a chocolate chip banana upside down cake that will blow your mind.
